Ingredients

3  pounds each of  1/8-1/4″ sliced cheese; White Jalapeno, Sharp Cheddar, & Colby Jack

Assorted crackers

Instructions

  1. Using a leaf cookie cutter, cut out cheese slices and place on a decorative plate in a wreath form.
  2. Place crackers or spread in center of wreath.
  3. Keep covered until serving time, or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Depending on your cookie cutter- leaf shapes will determine the size and number of servings.

Tip:  Slightly softened cheese will cut cleaner edges.  Cover the cheese with plastic wrap to keep from drying out until serving time.

Use up to 3 pounds of sliced cheese 1/8-1/4 inch thick and cold for best results. Suggested cheese: White jalapeño, Sharp Cheddar and Colby Jack.
