Mango Pineapple Salsa


2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced

4 oz. can crushed pineapple, un drained

¼ cup diced green onions

¼ cup diced yellow pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and white pepper


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.  Serve with blue corn chips or chips of choice.

Yield: 2 1/2 cups sweet salsa
