Ingredients

7 cups Rice Chex cereal
7 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 tablespoon shortening
1/4 cup heavy cream
15 ounce package twisted pretzels
1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
2– 8 ounce packages White Peppermint M & M’s
1–8 ounce package Holiday M & M’s
1 cup roasted peanuts- optional
Instructions
- In microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with shortening and cream at 30 second intervals until melted. Stir mixture until smooth and creamy.
- In large mixing bowl, add Chex cereal, pretzels, peanuts, with confectioner’s sugar, gently toss together then add melted chocolate, toss again to coat. Allow to sit to dry or set up.
- Place mix in large glass bowl, add candies right before serving or as desired.
Notes
Can be made ahead and stored in air tight container for up to 5 days.
Mix is great for gift giving. Package in small cellophane bags, tie with bow or in decorative tins.
