“Try it in yogurt, as a cereal or just to munch!” Gluten Free Granola is Real Food, Preservative and Oat Free. Can’t get better than that for a healthy snack, breakfast food or for the trail. And guess what it is Momma Bear Approved! Meaning it is made at the base of the Smoky Mountains in Maryville, Tennessee.
Made with Wholesome Ingredients
Because this granola is made with almonds, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, pecans, unsweetened coconut flakes, flax seed meal, honey and spices; simply eating as a snack is a great alternative to cookies or other sweets. Besides this granola is made by a special friend of mine, Julie Lowe owner of Fit Foods. Fit Foods is a new business that is hitting the ground running with this great granola. It is just being introduced to the market and I get to share it with all of you.
Why Eat Gluten Free Granola?
Whether you are sensitive to gluten or not so much, you will love this granola. Most Granola’s usually contains a high quantity of oats, which has gluten proteins known as avenins, a toxicity a gluten related major issue for those who are celiac disease.
Eating healthy with out gluten is a good thing and GRANOLA from FIT FOODS is OAT-FREE and PRESERVATIVE FREE plus it is delicious! With every bite, you get a mouthful of crunch with seeds & nuts, with hint of honey, cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom flavor combination. Although the label states “spices”, to me it tastes like cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom. It is perfection! It is not overly sweet and does not have corn syrups or any processed sugars. Whole almonds, walnuts and pecans with raw pumpkin seeds really makes this granola crunchy, filling and holds up to the milk test.
What are ways to serve this granola?
Because this granola is versatile, it can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. From Yogurt Parfaits (recipe below),to sprinkling on pancakes, cereal for kids lunches & snacks to bagging it for trail blazers everyone will love it!
Where ever you use granola in baking or as casserole topping as in sweet potatoes this is your brand.
