Wedding Cake White Cream Frosting Recipe
- Yield: 2 1/2 cups 1x
1 1/4 cups shortening
1/2 cup warm water
1/3 teaspoon each clear vanilla, lemon and orange extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2– 1 pound boxes confectioner’s sugar, sifted
1. Place shortening, salt, and extracts in a large mixing bowl, beat until fluffy.
2. Add 1/4 cup warm water and 1 box of confectioner’s sugar (about 4 cups)
3. Beat until fluffy, add remaining water and sugar, continue to beat until full and fluffy.
