If you want to make this into a tea, add 4 large family style tea bags to the recipe. Serve with Cinnamon sticks.
1 gallon apple cider
1– 11 ounce apricot nectar
2 cups sugar
2 cups orange juice, Valencia tested
4 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3–4 cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons ground all spice
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cardemon- optional
Garnish: fresh whipped cream, caramel sauce, cinnamon sticks, sliced oranges and lemons, ground cinnamon and nutmeg in shakers.
Can be made ahead and reheated an hour before guests arrive. Keep any leftovers in refrigerator.
