Instructions

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In microwave safe bowl, melt candy wafers for 40 seconds, stir and repeat at 15 seconds to melt.
  3. Spread melted candy onto parchment paper, smooth with flat edge spatula to a 1/4″ thickness.
  4. Drop candy eggs onto melted wafers as desired.
  5. Allow candy to harden then crack or cut into pieces.
  6. Serve on decorative plate or bag and tag for party gift favor

Variation: Follow steps 1-3, Melt pink candy melts in microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals until smooth. Fit disposable piping bag with tip # 3, or clip end of the piping bag creating a small round opening. Fill bag with melted pink candy melts, drizzle or pipe the pink horizontally over the wet white chocolate, take a toothpick and drag gently the pink into the white creating a feathered or marbled design.  Add pastel Jordan Almonds. Allow to cool & harden before breaking.

Notes

Jordan Almonds are very hard to bite into so feel free to substitute with M & M’s or other family favorites.  For kids I would suggest another M & M’s other than Jordan Almonds.
