3 pounds each of 1/8-1/4″ sliced cheese; White Jalapeno, Sharp Cheddar, & Colby Jack
Assorted crackers
Instructions
- Using a leaf cookie cutter, cut out cheese slices and place on a decorative plate in a wreath form.
- Place crackers or spread in center of wreath.
- Keep covered until serving time, or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Depending on your cookie cutter- leaf shapes will determine the size and number of servings.
Tip: Slightly softened cheese will cut cleaner edges. Cover the cheese with plastic wrap to keep from drying out until serving time.
