Easy Mini Veggie Charcuterie board features organic mini carrots, cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices in small cocktail cup with Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing, Havarti Cheese shaped carrots & crackers.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup sour cream or Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8-10 grinds of black peppercorns-(2 tablespoons)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese or-shredded 3 cheese blend-parmesan, Romano, and Asiago
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon granulated sugar- or honey- optional
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup chopped chives as garnish-optional

Instructions

In medium bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.  Add remaining ingredients, whisking to combine.  Serve chilled.  If dressing is too thick, thin with additional buttermilk to desired consistency.  Great for dipping, sandwich spread and salad dressing.
