A creamy home made pumpkin spice coffee creamer for all of your fall baking and beverages.



12/3 cup half n half or other milk of choice

114 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree-tested Libby’s real pumpkin puree

3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon-optional

cinnamon sticks for serving-optional


  1. In medium saucepan, add all ingredients. Whisk until smooth and creamy over medium low heat until it simmers or bubbles around the edges.
  2. Pour the creamer thorough a sieve to remove any undissolved spices.
  3. Store creamer in quart jar with a lid. Refrigerate.
  4. Serve 2-4 teaspoons or as desired in coffee, hot chocolate or hot tea.


Mixture is creamy thick, if you don’t want thick creamer, use almond or coconut milk and half of the sweetened condensed milk, and 1/4 cup pumpkin puree instead of full 1/2 cup.
