Soft, chewy sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon and sugar that is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Easy recipe for begininers.
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1– teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-teaspoon vanilla
Coating: 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
