Soft, chewy sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon and sugar that is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Easy recipe for begininers.
1 cup shortening
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 ¾ cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tarter
1- teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1-teaspoon vanilla
Coating: ½ cup granulated sugar + 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
