It’s more about giving your best while serving others- make family & friends feel important and cherished. Liz enjoys sharing and creating recipes, especially desserts. She also specializes in setting pretty tables with beautiful food presentations and floral centerpieces.
Content Creator, Cookbooks, & Digital Magazine
In 2010, Liz launched Liz Bushong.com and Serve it up Sassy. She had published her first cookbook Just Desserts and began making regular appearances on Daytime a regional life & style show. During this 10-year time span, she appeared on several other television shows and wrote for regional magazines. She also published her second cookbook Sweets & Savories. Doors opened for Liz to appear on other life & style shows throughout the southeast including creating and hosting her own seasonal show called Serve it up Sassy®. Because of her heart for sharing and teaching others how to bake, create and celebrate, she launched the seasonal digital magazine, All About the Table.

In addition Liz has had the distinct pleasure to serve many times as a volunteer decorator/designer for White House events including Christmas, Thanksgiving and Fourth of July, as well as holiday decorating at the United States Vice President’s personal residence and Tennessee Governor’s mansion.

The former fashion designer earned a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology of New York City and a degree in Consumer & Family Sciences from Purdue University.Liz is well grounded in her expertise creating the three-dimensional art of entertaining.
