1 cup whole milk or half n half

1 teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar

Instructions

  1. In one cup measure pour milk add lemon juice or white vinegar. Stir to mix.
  2. It will curdle the milk but it is supposed to.
  3. Allow to sit 2 minutes before adding to recipe for it to blend and become thickened.
