The added chevron ribbon is attached to the base of the egg cup that sports a bow tie feel and completes the look. If you don’t have an egg cup you could use just a small ribbon. Place a rubber band around the bottom of folded napkin and cover with the ribbon.  Every bunny will love them.

Gather Items to Make the Bunny Ear Napkin Fold

You will need a cloth napkin that is 20 x 20, an iron, and something to hold the napkin in like an egg cup.  Sorry to say but polyester napkins for this fold is not strong enough to hold the shape. You can use any color of napkin that goes with your spring or Easter color scheme.  I used this napkin, Hemstitch napkin-straw-yellow.

How to Fold the Bunny Ear Napkins

Begin with a 20 x 20 inch cloth napkin.  Fold the napkin up 5 1/4″ to form a rectangle, then fold the folded edge up another 5 1/4″.  Next fold the remaining napkin down over the folded napkin.  This will create a long rectangle with a loose edge facing you.

 

Hold your finger in the center of the top edge as you fold down the left and right sides of napkin.

Fold down the left and right sides forming a triangle on the top and square on the bottom.

Fold down point 2″ Like Photo below. Keep napkin flat on the table while doing this.

Fold right corner of napkin toward center forming a 45° angle like photo below. Repeat with other side.

Fold right and left corners to center. These are the ears. In the photo the ears are upside down.
