Whether hosting Cinco de Mayo or Fiesta create a bright and festive table setting with bright orange, green, turquoise and red color scheme.  Your table top will pop with party pizzaz!   Set the table with red placemats that over hang the edge of the table for each place setting.  Fold orange and turquoise cloth napkins and stuff into a water goblet or sangria glass.

Mixing colors and patterns on your table top is easy when you stay in the same color family.  Most stores will have napkins and plates coordinated for you  if you focus on the the displays.  Pier 1 is especially great with this kind of display.

The center piece, which is hard to see is a large unique shaped basket filled with bright green apples.  I like using fresh fruit and flowers for a centerpiece.  The bright green really makes a statement and added calm to the center of the table.

Square White Dinner Plates– Standard white dinnerware is always a great choice so you can mix and match it with other pops of color as in salad plates.  Sometimes the white plate can act as a charger.  Just great to have these dishes.  Start a collection of white dinnerware in different shapes and sizes then start collecting pretty salad plates to introduce color to your table.  I like to mix square with round dinner plates for an interesting look.

The story behind this table is this.. my sweet neighbor let me borrow her outdoor table for a television segment. After the segment was over, this table was returned in this full setting.  She loved it!
