Create these individual desserts called Fireside S’mores. Easy to make, same ingredients as regular s’mores only baked in a 4″ tart pan. Graham cracker crumbs combined with melted butter is pressed into the tart pan with removable bottom. Next a chocolate ganache made with heavy cream and mini chocolate chips is stirred until satiny smooth, adding one egg to the mixture makes this more custard ganache. The ganache is poured into the crust and baked at 375 for 10 minutes. Once done, mini marshmallows line the perimeter of the tart resembling a cobble stone fire pit then given a good toasting under the oven broiler. Hershey bar pieces stand stacked like wood in the center adding the finishing touch.

Serve with a fork for it is a bit messy. Warm is best, as the chocolate tastes better heated slightly.
