Instructions on How to Arrange the Centerpiece
Cut scrapbooking paper to fit inside vase. Tape two pieces together to fit inside large vase perimeter. To make napkin ring, measure around rolled napkin and cut paper into 2 1/2″ wide bands and long enough to fit around center of napkin. Use transparent or double sided tape to close.
Place mason jar inside larger paper lined vase. Add water to inner jar. Cut ends of hydrangea blooms at an angle and place in the jar. Arrange flower blooms so the flowers look good on all sides. Be sure to remove bloom leaves below water line so they do not rot in the water.
Add two small American flags as desired to vase.
Tip: To keep the arrangement fresh change water every day. No need to add floral feed or protectant, just fresh water will keep your flowers happy.
