Need something sweet and tropical, light salsa recipe? Try this Mango Pineapple Salsa recipe with savory crackers, as a topping for grilled salmon, or chicken, even ice cream. Your party will be a big hit with this recipe. Easy and quick to make. As in our case this was used for tailgating.
How to Make Mango Salsa
Gather your ingredients; 2 ripe mangos, 4 ounce can crushed pineapple undrained, 1/4 cup diced green onions, 1/4 cup diced yellow pepper, chopped parsley, lime juice and olive oil.
Peel and dice mangos and place in medium bowl. Add undrained crushed pineapple, diced green onions, yellow or red bell pepper, parsley, lime juice and olive oil. Toss to coat, add salt and pepper if desired.
Note: If you like kiwi or other citrus, mandarin oranges, add to the salsa mix as desired.
To serve this salsa, place in a pretty bowl with crackers or as a topping for grilled salmon/chicken. In photo below I used red, yellow and orange bell peppers along with kiwi.

Ingredients
2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
4 oz. can crushed pineapple, un drained
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup diced yellow pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and white pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Serve with blue corn chips or chips of choice.
- Keep refrigerated until serving time.

This is a sweet salsa.
